We did it! We finally got through Dr. Phil's 20/20 Diet PHASE 1! Let me just say that these were probably 5 of the toughest days I have ever seen.
When I say that I am thrilled about the next chapter in my life, I'm talking about PHASE 2 on our diet plan!!!!! Yesssssssssss!!
Here are the top 10 reasons I am absolutely thrilled about PHASE 2:
- Mushrooms
- Blueberries
- Oranges
- Grapes
- Tomatoes
- Chicken breast :)
- Oats
- Brown Rice
- Avocado
- NO MORE COD.....maybe EVER!
